LAYERS, LAYERS AND MORE LAYERS! With Colleen
In this class we will work on various ways to create layers making our cards more dimensional and interesting! We will be using distress inks to make a blended background; dye inks with an embossing folder; layering decorated papers and layering dies. We will also be layering a floral stamp to create a unique watercolored background. Check out the interesting use of the vellum heart in the sample below! If you are looking to expand on the variety of cards you can create, this class is for you! Instructions will be provided.
PLEASE BRING: basic tool kit, Distress inks, blender tool & foams: Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Festive Berries, Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass; a small round brush, flat watercolor palette, black Archival Ink or StazOn ink, 3M foam tape roll, foam squares, clear glitter brush pen, stamp platform (if you have one)
