A silhouette describes a representation of a person or object that is backlit and appears dark against a lighter background. In this series of cards we will be creating silhouettes against inked backgrounds, showcasing bright colors and eye catching designs! You will get lots of practice with a variety of inking methods, while putting together these 6 cards.
Supplies needed: basic tool kit, Sticky Specs adhesive sheets, heat tool, water spritzer, craft mat, sponge applicators or brushes, foam squares and Distress inks. I used: Dusty Concord, Blueprint Sketch, Broken China, Mowed Lawn, Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry, Black Soot, Twisted Citron, Pine Needles, Fired Brick, Salty Ocean and Wild Honey
