Class Registration Policy

Please check your supply list carefully and bring the listed items or let us know if you will need them the day of class.
We ask that you pay for classes at the time of registration.  Our new system does not let us hold spots in classes.
Cancelations are requested as early as possible to give us time to fill your spot and refunds will be given as store credit if canceled at least 5 full business days prior to class.  In the case of last minute cancelations, a supply packet will be made up and while instructions are not usually included we will try our best to help with any difficult parts...

Basic Tool Kit

We've had numerous questions about what to include in your basic tool kit.  Our thoughts are you should bring any of the tools you find useful when crafting (that can still fit in your class bag ) and should definitely include:

Watercolor Basic Tool Kit

Our Watercoloring with AI series has been very popular and has it's own list of items that you'll want to bring with you for every class:

DISTRESS MARKERS (each class will list specific colors). It is recommended you bring all your markers to each class.
ACRYLIC BLOCKS (various sizes)
PAINT BRUSHES (size 1 & 4)
FLOWERS & FOLIAGE Stamp Sets (provided for intro class)

This is the sixth add on for the HOME series above. This class will only include the heart lock... If you missed the first classes where we did the HOME and the other add-ons, I've got extra wood pieces at the store if you want to catch up! It is just so cute on a mantle or window sill!!! Silhouette dies are a popular way to make simple, striking cards. In this class, we will explore 3 different fun and easy background techniques that can really help accentuate the beauty of these dies.... We'll be working with watercolor powders, guilding flakes, and brushing up on our ink blending skills. This class is great for card makers of all levels. These delightful cards showcase some fun folds that are sure to make someone smile if they are the lucky recipient. This class showcases red, white and black paper with a splash of silver. A beautiful combination which makes each card stand out. Sentiments used on the cards are perfect for friends, family and that special person in your life. As a bonus we will make a small shadow treat box using a fun folding technique. A great little gift to make. Stop by the store and see the cards as photos do not showcase the mechanics. Sign up early so you don?t miss out. Please Bring: basic tool kit (will need a 12 inch paper trimmer and scoreboard), clear Stickles (any color/samples used Stardust).

We will be using the large alphabet set of letters to make notecards with the initial of your choice. These make a nice personalized gift or use for yourself. You will learn how to use a combination of vines and flowers to decorate each letter and add shading to give the letter more dimension. Once you make one you will want to paint more. The gift set will include a set of 4 cards, envelopes and a gift box. Please bring: size 4 round paint brush, palette and cup for water. Some flowers and vines are needed for this project. I used the branches set/#4964, flower set 3/#5007 and mini flower set/#5009. The alphabets will be available for use in class. You can use whatever colors you like. I used the following colors in the sample: Marvy pens in Sepia and African violet. Tombow pens in 177/dark jade and 525/true blue.

The cover on this book is amazing and we are going to make the entire thing from scratch in this fun and messy mixed media class... Please sign up early as you'll be getting one of the products we'll be featuring to take home with you, but I need to make sure I have time to get them in... Please be sure to check the supply list and let me know if you need anything for class. We will be covering ALOT and you'll want to be ready...
